10 largest Internet IPOs since Google

Earlier today, I mentioned that LinkedIn is on the verge of completing "one of the largest Internet IPOs since Google." Specifically, it would raise nearly $353 million, were it to price at the high end of its $42-$45 per share offering range.

A few readers emailed for more details on where LinkedIn would rank, so what follows is a list of the 10 largest Internet IPOs on U.S. exchanges since Google raised $1.67 billion in August 2004:

1. RenRen (RENN)
Chinese social networking company raised $743 million in May 2011, pricing at $14 per share. Stock closed today at $12.73 per share.

2.  ClearWire Corp. (CLWR)
Wireless broadband company raised $600 million in March 2007, pricing at $25 per share. Stock closed today at $4.27 per share.

3. ICE Intercontinental Exchange (ICE)
Online financial trading platform raised $415 million in March 2005, pricing at $26 per share. Stock closed today at $120.48 per share.

4. E-Commerce China Dangdang (DANG)
Chinese B2C e-commerce company raised $272 million in December 2010, pricing at $16 per share. Stock closed today at $19.92 per share.

5. Limelight Networks (LLNW)
On-demand and live Internet content delivery company raised $240 million in June 2007, pricing at $15 per share. Stock closed today at $5.55 per share.

6. Dice Holdings (DHX)
Online recruitment company raised $217 million in July 2007, pricing at $13 per share. Stock closed today at $14.46 per share.

7. NetSpend Corp. (NTSP)
Online wire transfer service raised $204 million in October 2010, pricing at $13 per share. Stock closed today at $9.52 per share.

8. Youku.com (YOKU)
Chinese online video sharing and distribution company raised $203 million in December 2010, pricing at $12.80 per share. Stock closed today at $47.40 per share.

9.  21ViaNet (VNET)
Chinese Internet services provider raised $195 million in April 2011, pricing at $15 per share. Stock closed today at $12.02 per share.

10. RackSpace (RAX)
Internet hosting services company raised $187.5 million in August 2008, pricing at $12.5 per share. Stock closed today at $41.12 per share.
