Zink Imaging, a Bedford, Mass.-based developer of "zero-ink" printing products, has raised $35 million in Series B funding led by Genii Capital. The company also named Mary Jefferies, former principal with Acuity Strategic Consulting, and Ira Parker, former general counsel and head of biz dev for AOL, as co-CEOs. www.zink.com

Actifio, a Waltham, Mass.-based protection and availability storage platform company, has raised $33.5 million in Series C funding. Andreessen Horowitz led the round, and was joined by return backers North Bridge Venture Partners, Greylock Partners and Advanced Technology Ventures. www.actifio.com

GainSpan Corp., a San Jose, Calif.-based provider of low-power embedded WiFi solutions, has raised $18 million in Series C funding. Hatteras Funds and Mobile Internet Capital were joined by return backers Opus Capital, In-Q-Tel, Intel Capital, New Venture Partners, Sigma Partners and Camp Ventures. www.gainspan.com

HealthTap, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based interactive health network, has raised $11.5 million in Series A funding. Backers include Mayfield Fund, Mohr Davidow Ventures and Eric Schmidt's Innovation Endeavors. www.healthtap.com

MarkaVIP, a New York-based online private sales club focused on the Middle East, has raised $5 million in Series A funding. Lumia Capital led the round, and was joined by Invus Financial Advisors.www.markavip.com

Poshmark, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based online fashion marketplace, has raised $3.5 million in Series A funding. Mayfield Fund led the round, and was joined by SoftTechVC, Inventus Capital and SV Angel.www.poshmark.com

GridGain, a Foster City, Calif.-based provider of cloud computing and real-time big data processing, has raised $2.5 million in Series A funding led by RTP Ventureswww.gridgain.com

Tribogenics, a Los Angeles-based developer of miniature x-ray solutions for applications in mining, has raised $2.5 million in seed funding from Flywheel Ventures and individual angels. www.tribogenics.com

VCharge, a Cranton, R.I.-based energy smart-grid startup, has raised $1.9 million in VC funding. Backers include Slater Technology Fund, Clean Energy Venture Group, Launchpad Venture Group and EOS Ventures. www.vcharge.com

Sitecore, a Denmark-based provider of website content management and online marketing software, has raised an undisclosed amount of minority funding from Technology Crossover Ventures.www.sitecore.net
