Term Sheet

The latest on private equity, M&A, deals and movements — from Wall Street to Silicon Valley

Hey Boston: Let's get liquid!

January 5, 2012: 9:09 AM ET

Let's get together for a good cause.

I am very pleased to announce that Fortune's Term Sheet will be hosting its next Liquidity Event in Boston, on Tuesday, January 31.

No content, just cocktails and conversation with the area's top deal-makers, deal-breakers, entrepreneurs and assorted hangers-on. And, yes, it's an open bar.

The venue is Ned Devine's, which some of you might remember as the old Comedy Connection location inside of Quincy Market at Faneuil Hall Marketplace (no, we wouldn't have done it there during tourist season).

Tickets cost just $10, and you can get yours by going here.

Per usual, ticket proceeds will go to a local charity that will be chosen by event attendees (be sure to nominate one when signing up).

BIG thanks to Liquidity Event sponsors Edwards Wildman and Atlas Venture. Can't wait to see you there!
