Capital Access Network, a Kennesaw, Ga.-based company focused on helping small businesses access credit and working capital, has raised $30 million in funding from Accel Partners. www.capitalaccessnetwork.com

Applied Proteomics Inc., a San Diego-based, has raised $22.5 million in Series B funding from firms like Domain Associates and Vulcan Capital. www.appliedproteomics.com

Spoken Communications, a Bellevue, Wash.-based provider of a cloud platform for contact centers, today has raised $11.5 million in Series B funding. Ignition Capital led the round, and was joined by return backer Ignition Partners. www.spoken.com

ALung Technologies Inc., a Pittsburgh-based developer of respiratory products, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Backers include Eagle Ventures and Birchmere Ventures. www.alung.com

Heverest.ru, a Russian online retailer for sport, leisure and travel goods, has raised $4.3 million in new VC funding. The lead backer was an undisclosed Russian investment fund, while existing shareholder eVenture Capital Partners also participated. www.heverest.ru

Concordia Coffee Systems, a Bellevue, Wash.-based manufacturer of self-serve commercial espresso systems, has raised $6.5 million in new VC funding. Marker Hill Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Fluke Capital Partners and Swiftsure Capital. www.concordiacoffee.com

Synchroneuron Inc., a Waltham, Mass.-based biopharma startup focused on treatments for tardive dyskinesia, has raised $6 million in new Series A funding from Morningside Technology Ventures.

Tango Health, an Austin, Texas-based provider of health savings account management software and services, has raised $4 million in Series B funding. S3 Ventures led the round and was joined by Mike Turner (founder of Waveset). www.tangohealth.com

TerraEchos, a Missoula, Mo.-based provider of big data analytics for cyber-physical infrastructure protection, has raised $1.55 million in seed funding. Flywheel Ventures led the round, and was joined by S&K Technologies and GCS Research. www.terraechos.com
