Genomma (Mexico: LABB) has offered to acquire Prestige Brands (NYSE: PBH), maker of household cleaning products like Comet, for $834 million in cash. The $16.60 per share bid represents a 23% premium to last Friday's closing price. www.genomma.com

BCG Partners has agreed to acquire substantially all the assets of commercial real estate companyGrubb & Ellis, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection this week. No financial terms were disclosed. Grubb & Ellis reported around $150 million in assets and $167 million in liabilities.www.grubb-ellis.com

Sugar Inc., a San Francisco-based online media network for women, has acquired Circle of Moms, a social network for mothers and expectant mothers. No financial terms were disclosed. Sugar has raised around $46 million in VC funding from Institutional Venture Partners and Sequoia Capital.www.sugarinc.com

Abenex Capital and Chequers Capital are considering a sale of French salt producer Salins Group, according to Bloomberg. A deal could be valued at around €300 million, with Lazard managing the process. www.salinsgroup.com

CVC Capital Partners is mulling a sale of Czech brewer StarBev, which it acquired from Anheuser-Busch in late 2009, according to the WSJ. Anheuser and other global brewers are expected to have interest.

eBay Inc. has agreed to acquire WHI Solutions, a Rye Brook, N.Y.–based provider of software and digital catalog solutions for auto parts distributors and retailers. No financial terms were disclosed. WHI raised nearly $18 million in VC funding from MidMark Capital and Polaris Venture Partners.

Ericsson (Nasdaq: ERIC) has agreed to acquire BelAir Networks, a Canadian provider of large-scale Wi-Fi and multi-access small cell wireless systems. No financial terms were disclosed. Belair Networks has over $43 million in VC funding, from firms that include BDC Venture Capital, Comcast Interactive Capital, McLean Watson, MMV Financial, Panorama Capital, T-Mobile Venture Fund, Trilogy Equity Partners, VenGrowth Capital Partners and Ventures West Management. www.belairnetworks.com
