Oktogo.ru, a Russian online hotel booking and travel company, has raised $10 million in new VC funding. VTB Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Mangrove Capital Partners, Ventech Capital and ABRT. The company previously raised $5 million. www.oktogo.ru

Albeo Technologies, a Boulder, Colo.-based developer of solid-state LED lighting solutions for industrial and commercial markets, has raised $8 million in Series C equity and debt financing. Braemar Energy Ventures led the equity tranche, alongside Green Spark Ventures. Silicon Valley Bank provided the debt. www.albeotech.com

Averail, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based mobile content management startup, has raised $6 million in first-round funding from Foundation Capital and Storm Ventures. www.averail.com

ClearStory Data, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based big data exploration company, has raised an undisclosed amount of new VC funding from Google Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Khosla Ventures and individual angels. www.clearstorydata.com

Keclon, an Argentina-based developer of enzymes for biodiesel production, has raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding. Backers include Pymar Funds and individual angels. www.keclon.com
