Vista Equity Partners has completed its $250 million acquisition of CDC Software, an Atlanta-based provider of on-premise and cloud deployment enterprise software, from CDC Corp. www.cdcsoftware.com

Leonard Green & Partners is considering a $2 billion offer for party supply retailer Party City Holdings, according to Reuters. Party City currently is owned by Advent International and Weston Presidio.
