Veracode Inc., a Burlington, Mass.-based provider of application security services, has raised $30 million in new VC funding. Meritech Capital Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Atlas Venture, .406 Ventures and StarVest Partners. www.veracode.com

Inogen Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif.-based maker of oxygen therapy equipment and services, has raised $20 million in new VC funding led by Novo AS. www.inogen.net

Bonobos, a New York-based maker of men's pants, has raised $16.4 million in new fundin. Norsdstrom Inc. led the round, and was joined by return backers Accel Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Bonobos previously raised over $21 million. www.bonobos.com

WhiteGlove Health Inc., an Austin, Texas-based provider of at-home or at-work healthcare services,, has raised $12.9 million in new VC funding and an additional $15.3 million of two-year warrants. Burrill & Co. led the round. The company previously raised nearly $30 million in VC funding from groups like Enhanced Equity Fund, and tried repeatedly to go public.  www.househealthcall.com

Connotate Inc., a New Brunswick, N.J.-based provider of enterprise solutions for monitoring and collecting Web data and content, has raised $7 million in Series B funding. Castile Ventures led the round, and was joined by Prism VentureWorks and return backer .406 Ventures. www.connotate.com
