Oxford Nanopore, a UK-based provider of real-time electronic analysis of single molecules, has raised £31.4 million in new VC funding. Return backers include Lansdowne Partners, IP Group, Invesco Perpetual, Redmile Group and Illumina. www.nanoporetech.com

Fiverr, an Israel-based operator of a global online marketplace for buying and selling services, has raised $15 million in second-round funding from Accel Partners and return backer Bessemer Venture Partners. The company previously raised $5 million. www.fiverr.com

WePay, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based provider of online payment solutions for merchants, has raised $10 million in new VC funding. Ignition Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Highland Capital Partners and August Capital. www.wepay.com

Visage, a San Francisco-based provider of enterprise mobility management solutions, has raised $8 million in Series C funding. Motorola Solutions led the round, and was joined by return backers Worldview Technology Partners, Palisades Ventures and Qualcomm Ventures. www.visagemobile.com

NetPlenish, a Ventura, Calif.-based mobile shopping app, has raised $1.9 million in seed funding from 500 Startups, Gold Hill Capital, BHV Capital, TEEC Angel Fund and Ludlow Ventures. www.netplenish.com

Archify, a Berlin, Germany-based service that archives everything a user views on the Web or in their variety social media streams, has raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding from Balderton Capital. www.archify.com
