TerraLUX Inc., a Longmont, Colo.-based developer of LED solutions for OEM and retrofit applications, has raised $18.3 million in Series B funding. Generation Investment Management led the round, and was joined by return backers Emerald Technology Ventures and Access Venture Partners.www.terralux.com

OrthoSensor Inc., a Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.-based developer of orthopedic devices that provide real-time data to surgeons and hospitals during and after surgery, has raised $15 million in additional Series B funding. No investor information was disclosed. The company previously raised $21 million.www.orthosensor.com

Paperless Post, a New York-based online invitations startup, has raised $6 million in first-round funding, according to VentureWire. Backers include RRE Ventures, SV Angel and Tim Draper.www.paperlesspost.com

Engrade, a Santa Monica, Calif.-based provider of online classroom management tools, has raised $3 million in new VC funding. Rethink Education led the round, and was joined by NewSchools Venture Fund and individual angels. www.engrade.com

Sweet Tooth Inc., an Ontario-based provider of ecommerce customer loyalty software, has raised C$2.25 million in new VC funding from OMERS Ventures, MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund and Points International. www.sweettoothrewards.com

Priceonomics, an online price guide and search engine for used products, has raised $1.5 million in seed funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital and SV Angel. www.priceonomics.com
