Sunrun, a San Francisco-based residential solar company, has raised $60 million in new equity funding. Madrone Capital Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Accel Partners, Sequoia Capital and Foundation Capital. It previously raised around $95 million in VC funding, plus around $190 million in debt financing.  www.sunrunhome.com

L2C Inc., a New York-based provider of analytical solutions for the consumer credit industry, has raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from Core Innovation Capitalwww.l2c.com

Machinima, a Los Angeles-based video entertainment network for gamers, has raised $35 million in new VC funding. Google Inc. led the round, and was joined by return backers Redpoint Ventures and MK Capital. www.machinima.com

Quickr, an Indian online classifieds company, has raised $32 million in new VC funding. Warburg Pincus led the round, and was joined by return backers eBay, Matrix Partners and Norwest Venture Partners. www.warburgpincus.com

Yottaa Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based provider of Web optimization solutions, has raised $9 million in Series B funding. Undisclosed new investors were joined by return backers General Catalyst Partners, Stata Venture Partners and Cambridge West Ventures. www.yottaa.com

DotLoop, a Cincinnati-based provider of real estate transaction software, has raised $7 million in Series A funding from Trinity Ventureswww.dotloop.com

Zurex Pharma Inc., a Middleton, Wis.-based developer of antimicrobial products, has raised $6.2 million in Series A funding. Baird Venture Partners and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board co-led the round, and were joined by Wisconsin Investment Partners, Peak Ridge Capital and individual investors.www.zurexpharma.com

Prosonix Ltd., a British developer of inhaled respiratory medicines, has raised £5.7 million in new Series B funding led by GIMV. This brings its Series B total to £17.1 million, including investments from Ventech, Gilde Healthcare Partners, Entrepreneurs Fund (London), Quest for Growth and Solon Ventureswww.prosonix.co.uk

UrgentRx, a Denver-based developer of OTC medicines in powder format, has raised $3 million in Series B funding led by JUMP Investorswww.urgentrx.com

Xfire, a social community for PC gamers, has raised $3 million in new VC funding led by IDM Venture Capitalwww.xfire.com

Github, a San Francisco-based social network for programmers, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Andreessen Horowitz, according to PandoDaily. www.github.com

Vidyo Inc., a Hackensack, N.J.-based provider of personal telepresence solutions, said that Juniper Networks has joined a Series D funding round that originally closed last year with $22.5 million. No updated total was provided, except that the company has now raised $97 million in total funding from QuestMark Partners, Juniper, Menlo Ventures, Rho Ventures, Star Ventures and Four River Group.www.vidyo.com
