Abax Global Capital has agreed to acquire Chinese wire-maker Fushi Copperweld Inc. (Nasdaq: FSIN) for approximately $364 million, or $9.50 per share (21% premium to yesterday's close). Fushi co-CEO Li Fu is participating in the deal alongside Abax. www.fushicopperweld.com

Skrill, a British online payment company owned by Investcorp Technology Partners, has agreed to acquirePaysafecard.com Wertkarten AG, an Austrian provider of prepaid vouchers that enable consumers to shop online. The deal is valued at upwards of €140 million. www.moneybookers.com
