Fiksu Inc., a Boston–based mobile app user acquisition platform, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Qualcomm Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backer Charles River Ventures.www.fiksu.com

Apica, a Sweden-based provider of load testing and performance monitoring solutions for cloud and mobile applications, has raised $5 million in Series C funding. SEB Venture Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Industrifonden, ALMI Invest and KTH Chalmers Capital. www.apica.com

Targeted Growth, a Seattle-based agricultural bioscience company, has raised $5 million in new VC funding from existing investors like AllianceBernstein. www.targetedgrowth.com

Commerce Sciences, an Israeli personalized ecommerce startup, has raised $1.8 million in seed funding. Backers include Innovation Endeavors, Genesis Partners, T5 Capital and Joe Lonsdale.www.commercesciences.com

Skyline Innovations, a Washington, D.C.-based provider of commercial-scale solar-powered water heating systems to businesses and the public sector, has raised $1 million from Advantage Capital Partnerswww.skylineinnovations.com

Shape Security, a Mountain View, Calif.-based developer of "military-grade" network security solutions, announced that Google Ventures has joined the company's Series A funding round. The $6 million deal was originally announced in April, with a participant list that included Kleiner Perkins, Baseline Ventures, TomorrowVentures, and individual angels. It's unclear how much extra Google Ventures may have invested. www.shapesecurity.com
