Atterocor Inc., an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based developer of adrenal cancer therapies, has raised $16 million in Series A funding co-led by Frazier Healthcare and 5AM Ventures. www.atterocor.com

FiveStars, a Mountain View, Calif.-based developer of a retail loyalty solution that integrates into point-of-sale systems, has raised $13.9 million in Series A funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners and DCM. www.fivestarscard.com

Getaround, a San Francisco-based peer-to-peer car-sharing service, has raised $13.9 million in Series A funding. Menlo Ventures led the round, and was joined by A-Grade Investments (Ashton Kutcher), Innovation Endeavors (Eric Schmidt) and new Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer. www.getaround.com

MindSnacks, a San Francisco-based developer of educational games for iOS, has raised $6.5 million in VC funding from Sequoia Capital. www.mindsnacks.com

EnergySavvy, a Seattle-based developer of energy efficiency software, has raised $3 million in new VC funding. Pivotal Investment led the round, and was joined by Summit Capital and the Northwest Energy Angels. www.energysavvy.com
