Little Black Bag, a Los Angeles-based social commerce site focused on brand-name women's merchandise, has raised $8 million in Series B funding. GRP Partners led the round, and joined by DCM. www.littleblackbag.com

Retia Medical, an East Lansing, Mich.-based company focused on cardiovascular signal processing for patient monitoring, has raised $7 million in Series A funding led by the Pritzker/Vlock family office. www.retiamedical.com

Owensboro Grain Co.
, an Owensboro, Ky.-based producer of soy and edible oil products, has raised $10 million in VC funding from Advantage Capital Partners, in connection with the Kentucky New Markets Development program.

IntelliWheels Inc., a Champaign, Ill.-based developer of tech solutions that improve mobility options for wheelchair users, has raised more than $500,000 in VC funding from Serra Ventures, Crestlight Venture Productions, Venture Well LLC and individual angels.
