Clayton Dubilier & Rice has agreed to acquire wedding-dress retailer David's Bridal from TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners at an enterprise value of approximately $1.05 billion. Leonard Green will remain a minority shareholder.TPG and Leonard Green acquired the company for $750 million in 2007.

Best Doctors Inc., a Boston-based provider of supplemental benefit programs and medical management services to large self-insured employers and healthcare insurers, has raised $45 million in private equity funding from BBH Capital Partners. Part of the financing was used to provide liquidity to early Best Doctors shareholders. www.bestdoctors.com

Brightstar Corp., a Miami-based provider of distribution and related services to the wireless device industry , has acquired LetsTalk.com Inc., a San Francisco–based provider of mobile device activation and ecommerce solutions. CPG International Inc. has agreed to acquire TimberTech, a Wilmington, Ohio–based maker of decking products, from the Crane Group. No financial terms were disclosed. CPG is a portfolio company of AEA Investors. www.timbertech.com

Excellere Partners
has invested an undisclosed amount into PhyMed Management, a provider of management services to outsourced anesthesia organization Anesthesia Medical Group. www.excellerepartners.com

Kohlberg & Co.
has acquired Sabre Industries Inc., an Alvarado, Texas-based maker of engineered structures like towers and building systems, from Corinthian Capital Group. No financial terms were disclosed. www.sabreindustriesinc.com

Matrix Medical Network
, a Scottsdale, Ariz.–based provider of prospective medical assessment services, has acquired Ascender, a San Diego–based provider of technology that helps healthcare organizations report and manage their clinical measures. No financial terms were disclosed. Matrix Medical is a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. www.matrixhealth.net

Novetta Solutions LLC
, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired White Cliffs Consulting LLC, a Columbia, Md.-based provider of digital discovery solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. www.novetta.com
