ShotSpotter), a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of gunshot location and detection technology, has raised $12 million in new VC funding. Motorola Solutions Venture Capital was joined by return backers Lauder Partners, Levensohn Venture Partners, Claremont Creek Ventures, CityLight Capital and The Westly Capital. www.shotspotter.com

Dyn, a Manchester, N.H.-based infrastructure-as-a-service startup, has raised $38 million in Series A led by North Bridge Venture Partnerswww.dyn.com

Oppa.com.br, a Brazilian maker of contemporary furniture, has raised $13 million in VC funding. Valar Ventures led the round, and was joined by Monashees Capital, Kaszek Ventures and Thrive Capital.www.oppa.com.br

Insightly, a San Francisco-based provider of CRM software for small businesses, has raised $3 million in VC funding led by Emergence Capital Partnerswww.insightly.com

Charged.fm, a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based social commerce platform for events, has raised $1 million in seed funding from undisclosed investors. www.charged.fm
