Flurry, a San Francisco-based provider of mobile advertising and analytics solutions, has raised $25 million in new VC funding. Crosslink Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Draper Richards, First Round Capital, InterWest Partners, Menlo Ventures, Union Square Ventures. The company previously raised over $26 million. www.flurry.com

Alethia Biotherapeutics Inc., a Montreal-based developer of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies, has raised C$4.7 million in new VC funding. Backers include AgeChem Venture Fund, BDC Venture Capital, GO Capital and existing shareholder Cellscript. www.alethiabio.com
