The Blackstone Group has completed its previously-announced acquisition of GCA Services Group Inc.,a Cleveland–based facility services company, from Nautic Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Other selling shareholders included Liberty Capital Partners, Meridian Venture Partners, NewSpring Capital and TDH. www.blackstone.com

Digi-Star LLC, a Fort Atkinson, Wis.-based provider of measuring solutions for optimizing agricultural performance, has acquired RDS Technology, a UK-based provider of monitoring, measuring and control systems for the agricultural machinery industry. No financial terms were disclosed. Digi-Star is a portfolio company of Baird Private Equitywww.digi-star.com

First Allied Holdings Inc. has agreed to acquire The Legend Group, a Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based provider of investment services and retirement planning solutions, from Waddell & Reed Financial Inc.(NYSE: WDR). No financial terms were disclosed. First Allied is a portfolio company of Lovell Minnick Partnerswww.firstallied.com

Investcorp has agreed to acquire Danish luxury jewelry and home/office furnishings retailer Georg Jensen AS from Axcel Capital Partners for approximately $140 million. www.georgjensen.com

Investindustrial has agreed to acquire the 50% it doesn't already own in troubled Spanish theme park PortAventura from the industrial holding arm of Spanish lender La Caixa. The deal is valued at nearly €120 million. www.investindustrial.com
