Transonic Combustion Inc., a Camarillo, Calif.-based developer of fuel injection systems for internal combustion engines, has raised $32 million in Series D funding. Backers include Venrock, Khosla Ventures, Rustic Canyon and Saints Capital. www.tscombustion.com

Diablo Technologies, an Ottawa-based provider of memory system interface products, has raised $28 million in new VC funding. Battery Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Celtic House Venture Partners, BDC Venture Capital and Hasso Plattner Ventures. www.diablo-technologies.com

Netbiscuits
, a German provider of Web development software, has raised $27 million in VC funding. Stripes Group led the round, and was joined by T-Venture. www.netbiscuits.com

Elasticsearch, a Dutch big data search and analytics startup, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. Benchmark Capital led the round, and was joined by Data Collective and SpringSource co-founder Rod Johnson. www.elasticsearch.com

Limeade
, a Bellevue, Wash.-based developer of online corporate wellness programs, has raised $5 million from TVC Capital. www.limeade.com
