Advanstar Global LLC has agreed to acquire fashion event organizer ENK International LLC fromForstmann Little & Co. No financial terms were disclosed. Advanstar shareholders include Veronis Suhler Stevenson, New York Life Capital Partners and Citigroup Private Equity. www.advanstar.com

American Industrial Partners has acquired the U.S. operating subsidiaries (AIP Aerospace) of British aerospace components maker Hampson Industries PLC. No financial terms were disclosed.www.hampsongroup.com

The Blackstone Group has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Vivint, a Provo, Utah-based provider of provider of home technology services, at an enterprise value of just over $2 billion. Vivint had been 50% owned by Goldman Sachs, Jupiter Partners and Peterson Partners – all three of which sold their stakes to Blackstone. Company management also sold a portion of its holdings, thus giving Blackstone a majority stake. www.blackstone.com

GoldenTree Asset Management is planning to acquire a "significant stake" in Austrian bank Bawag PSK Bank AG, according to a regulatory filing. Bawag said last month that it was seeking to raise new capital, via a transaction that would see current owner Cerberus Capital Management maintain its majority stake. www.bawagpsk.com

Harbour Group has acquired CPS Products Inc., a Hialeah, Fla.-based maker of tools and testing equipment for the HVAC market. No financial terms were disclosed. Farlie, Turner & Co. advised CPS on the deal. www.harbourgroup.com

H.I.G. Capital has completed its previously-announced €16 million acquisition of a 49.99% stake inVértice 360 Servicios Audiovisuales, a Spanish provider of audiovisual services and equipment, from Vértice 360. www.higcapital.com

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has agreed to invest up to C$250 million into Westbrick Energy Ltd., a private oil and gas company with current operations in the greater Pembina area of Alberta. The deal includes an up-front C$75 million investment, plus up to C$175 million in equity commitments to support both organic growth and acquisitions. www.kkr.com

Leonard Green & Partners and Ares Management have completed their previously-announced acquisition of CHG Healthcare Services, a Salt Lake City-based healthcare staffing company, from J.W. Childs Associates. No financial terms were disclosed. www.chghealthcare.com

Marlin Equity Partners has acquired MicroSun Technologies, a Woodridge, Ill.-based maker of custom battery packs and energy storage solutions for portable electronics. No financial terms were disclosed. MicroSun will be merged with existing Marlin portfolio company Palladium Energy.www.microsuntech.com

ShoreView Industries has acquired Tex Tech Industries, a Portland, Maine-based maker of materials like needle and woven felt for niche applications, from Peninsula Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. BlackArch Partners advised Tex Tech on the deal. www.textechindustries.com

Silverback Enterprise Group, a portfolio company of Austin Ventures, has acquired EPM Live, a Carlsbad, Calif.–based provider of cloud-based project portfolio and work management software built on the Microsoft SharePoint platform. The seller was LMR Solutions. www.silverbackeg.com

Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe has formed U.S. Anesthesia Partners, a Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.-based single-specialty physician services organization focused on anesthesia and perioperative care. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which is being done in partnership with anesthesia industry veterans Kristen Bratberg (CEO) and John Rizzo (president & COO). www.wcas.com
