Mold-Rite Plastics, a Plattsburgh, N.Y.–based manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging products, has acquired Stull Technologies, a Somerset, N.J.-based maker of dispensing closures, caps, lids, and packaging components. No financial terms were disclosed. Mold-Rite is owned by Irving Place Capital.www.stulltech.com

PageUp People, an Australia–based provider of multinational talent management solutions, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Accel-KKRwww.pageuppeople.com
