Linden Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Young Innovations Inc. (Nasdaq: YDNT), a an Earth City, Mo.-based maker of maker of oral care products for the dental and consumer markets. The deal is valued at around $313 million, or $39.50 per share (8.7% premium to yesterday's closing price).www.yiinc.com

Arbor Investments has acquired Columbus Manufacturing Inc., a Hayward, Calif.-based provider of Italian cured meats and deli meats to the West Coast market, from Endeavour Capital. No pricing terms were disclosed, while Babson Capital Management led the subordinated debt financing.www.arborpic.com

Baird Capital Partners Europe
 has acquired The SR Group, a London–based provider of recruitment services to the legal services and professional services sectors. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Beechbrook Capital provided debt financing. www.bcpe.co.uk

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has acquired a "significant stake" in the parent company of British discount retailer B&M. No financial terms were disclosed. B&M is owned by the Arora family, and reports annual sales in excess of £1 billion. www.cdr-inc.com

Darby Private Equity has invested an undisclosed amount into Tabacarcen, the logistics and cargo operator at the new Mariscal Sucre airport in Quito, Ecuador. www.darbyoverseas.com

ICV Partners has acquired Safe Security Inc., a San Ramon, Calif.–based provider of residential and commercial security alarm and monitoring systems. No financial terms were disclosed.www.icvpartners.com

Riordan, Lewis & Haden Equity Partners has invested an undisclosed amount into Siteworx, a Reston, Va.–based provider of strategy, design, and implementation services for web content management software. www.siteworx.com
