HeathcareSource has acquired NetLearning, a Knoxville, Tenn.-based healthcare learning management work-flow solutions, from Cengage Learning. No financial terms were disclosed. HealthcareSource is a portfolio company of Insight Venture Partners, while Cengage Learning is owned by Apax Partners and OMERS Private Equity. Leonard Green & Partners is in talks to acquire a 25% stake in British retail chains Topshop and Topman from billionaire Philip Green, according to Reuters. The deal could value the chains at a combined £1 billion. www.leonardgreen.com

MorganFranklin Corp. has agreed to sell its national security solutions business to SRA International Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Providence Equity Partners took SRA private earlier this year for $1.88 billion. www.sra.com

Paula's Choice, a Renton, Wash.-based skin care and cosmetics company, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Bertram Capital. www.paulaschoice.com

, a portfolio company of Crimson Investment, has acquired the Ameda breastfeeding business of Evenflo Company Inc., a portfolio company of Industria Partners and Weston Presidio. No financial terms were disclosed. www.evenflo.com

Prospect Partners has sponsored a management-led recapitalization of Irrigation Components International Inc., a Daphne, Ala.-based provider of agricultural irrigation equipment components. No financial terms were disclosed. www.prospect-partners.com

Transplace, a Fisco, Texas–based provider of transportation management services and logistics technology, has acquired Torus Freight Systems, a Canadian logistics services company focused on Canadian cross-border and intra-Canada freight. YourMembership.com Inc.
, a St. Petersburg, Fla.-based provider of online member communities and web-based membership software, has acquired Affiniscape Inc., an Austin, Texas–based provider of association management software and career board job posting services for associations. No financial terms were disclosed. YourMembership.com is a portfolio company of The Riverside Company, while Affiniscape shareholders included Accent Capital and Enhanced Capital Partners. www.yourmembership.com
