Continental Mills Inc., a Seattle-based portfolio company of Prudential Capital Group, has acquired Sun Country Foods Inc., a Norwood, Mass.-based maker of Kretschmer Wheat Germ, from Brynwood Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. www.continentalmills.com

CVC Capital Partners has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Cunningham Lindsey Group Ltd., a Tampa, Fla.-based loss adjusting and claims management firm, from Stone Point Capitaland Fairfax Financial Holdings. Hicks Equity Partners and The Riverside Company have formed H-D Advanced Manufacturing Co., an Addison, Ill.-based acquisition platform focused on the heavy-duty, precision-engineered industrial components market. Their first deal is for Overton Chicago Gear Corp., a Chicago-based manufacturer and distributor of large, custom, mission-critical gears and gearboxes. No financial terms were disclosed. LNK Partners has made a minority growth capital investment in Beachbody LLC, a Beverly Hills, Calif.–based marketer of health and fitness programs and products. www.beachbody.com

Novacap Industries has acquired Pipp Mobile Storage Systems Inc., a Walker, Mich.–based provider of backroom management solutions in the U.S. retail industry, from Prospect Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris Williams & Co. managed the process. www.pippmobile.com

RCapital has acquired the assets of The Harley Medical Group, a British provider of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. www.rcapital.co.uk

Siris Capital Group has agreed to acquire TNS Inc. (NYSE: TNS), a Reston, Va.–based provider of data communications and interoperability solutions. The deal is valued at approximately $862 million, or $21 per TNS share in cash (44% premium to yesterday's closing price). SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Macquarie Capital are arranging the leveraged financing. www.tnsi.com

Telescope Inc., a Los Angeles–based provider of audience participation, consumer engagement and mobile technology solutions for live television, has raised an undisclosed amount of growth equity funding from H.I.G. Capital and Moorgate Capital Partnerswww.telescope.tv

Tonka Bay Equity Partners has invested an undisclosed amount into Engineered Specialty Products Inc., a Kennesaw, Ga.-based supplier of pressure and temperature instrumentation.www.tonkabayequity.com
