Azalea Capital has acquired the assets of Airco Industrial Contractors Inc., a Savannah, Ga.-based provider of labor and craft supervision solutions for servicing, installing and maintaining gas and steam turbines. No financial terms were disclosed. www.azaleacapital.com

General Atlantic has acquired an undisclosed number of shares in Xiabu Xiabu, a Chinese bar-style hotpot brand, from Actis. www.ga.com

Karo Films, a Russian cinema chain, has sold a majority ownership stake to an investor consortium that includes Baring Vostok Private Equity, UFG Private Equity, the Russian Direct Investment Fund and Moscow-based media entrepreneur Paul Heth. No financial terms of the acquisition were disclosed, except that the buyers have committed an additional $100 million investment to open new venues over the next three years. www.bvcp.ru

Naumann Hobbs Material Handling Inc., a Phoenix-based material handling equipment distributor and aftermarket service provider, has raised an undisclosed amount of mezzanine funding from Graycliff Partners. www.performancepeople.com

Rizvi Traverse is in talks to acquire an equity stake in SESAC, a Nashville-based performing rights organization that represents such acts as Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Lady Antebellum and Mumford & Sons. Current SESAC shareholders include Allen & Co. Read more.

Royal Holdings Inc., a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Adhesives Packaging Specialties Inc., a Peabody, Mass.-based custom packager or one and two component adhesives, sealants and resins. No financial terms were disclosed. www.adhesivepackaging.com

Star Avenue Capital, a consumer-focused growth equity firm formed by Irving Place Capital and Creative Artists Agency, has acquired a minority ownership stake in IT'Sugar, a Deerfield Beach, Fla.-based chain of specialty candy and gift stores. No financial terms were disclosed. www.itsugar.com

Tenex Capital Management has acquired Rush Sales, an Odessa, Texas-based provider of fluid heating, pumping and transportation equipment for the oil and gas industry. No financial terms were disclosed. www.rushsales.com
