AppStack, a provider of hosted mobile SMS communication solutions to small business owners, has raised $6.2 million in new VC funding, according to a regulatory filing. Back in March, the company announced a $1.5 million seed round from Google Ventures, Tomorrow Ventures, 500Startups and individual angels. www.goappstack.com

Easilydo, a Mountain View, Calif.-based maker of a social productivity app, has raised $4.3 million in VC funding from U.S. Venture Partners and Mayfield Fundwww.easilydo.com

Stipple, a San Francisco-based provider of image monetization solutions for publishers and advertisers, has raised $3 million in new VC funding from Sands Capital. Existing backers include Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Floodgate, Relevance Capital and Justin Timberlake. www.stippleit.com
