Altamont Capital Partners has acquired Cascade Windows, a Spokane, Wash.-based vinyl window manufacturer. No financial terms were disclosed. www.cascadewindows.com

Charlesbank Capital Partners has acquired United Road Services, a Romulus, Mich.-based provider of vehicle transport and logistics solutions in North America, from Gores Group. No financial terms were disclosed. www.unitedroad.com

Community Trust Bank, a Ruston, La.-based community bank focused on commercial lending, has secured $85 million in growth equity funding. Participants included Pine Brook Partners ($45m investment) and Cross Creek Capitalwww.ctbonline.com

Merit Capital Partners has sponsored a recapitalization of Crown Products & Services LLC, an Indianapolis-based provider of specialty chemicals used in the handling of various raw materials for the coal, steel and utility industries. No financial terms were disclosed. The Lenox Group managed the process. www.meritcapital.com

MTS Health Investors has acquired a majority stake in Vital Decisions LLC, an Edison, N.J.-based provider of counseling service to advanced illness patients, from the company's founders. No financial terms were disclosed. www.mtshealthinvestors.com

Retail Zoo, an Australian restaurant franchising platform backed by The Riverside Company, has acquired Cibo Expresso, franchisor of espresso bars with 20 locations in South Australia and two in Queensland. No financial terms were disclosed. www.boostjuice.com.au

TA Associates has acquired a majority stake in DigiCert Inc., a Linden, Utah–based provider of enterprise security solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Sellers include Polaris Venture Partners. www.digicert.com
