Blue Coat Systems Inc., a Sunnyvale, Calif.–based provider of online security and WAN optimization solutions, has agreed to acquire Crossbeam Systems Inc., a Boxborough, Mass.–based provider of network security solutions. Both companies are owned by private equity firm Thoma Bravo. www.bluecoat.com

Clearlake Capital Group has acquired Swiss Watch International Inc., a Hollywood, Fla.–based online retailer of watches, accessories and apparel. No financial terms were disclosed. www.theswigroup.com

Costar Midstream LLC, a portfolio company of Energy Spectrum Capital, has acquired over 80 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines, associated compression and treating assets located in Gregg County, Texas. No financial terms were disclosed. www.energyspectrumcapital.com

The Hillman Cos., a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire H. Paulin & Co. (TSX: PAP), a Toronto-based maker of fasteners and other building hardware products, for an enterprise value of approximately C$103 million. www.hillmangroup.com

Golden Gate Capital has acquired ArrMaz Custom Chemicals Inc., a Mulberry, Fla. –based specialty chemicals maker, from Snow Phipps Group for approximately $500 million, according to LBO Wire. www.am-cc.com

Mill City Capital has acquired JMH International, a Salt Lake City-based maker of soup bases and other food products. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Babson Capital Management provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment. www.jmhpremium.com

Total Fleet Solutions, a Holland, Ohio-based portfolio company of CI Capital, has agreed to merge with San Antonio-based The Miner Corp. to form a "one-stop shop for on-site maintenance, on-call repair service, planned maintenance support and lifecycle management solutions."
