Duff & Phelps Corp. (NYSE: DUF), a New York-based financial advisory and investment banking firm, has agreed to be taken private for approximately $655.5 million, or $15.52 per share (19.2% premium to last Friday's closing price). The purchasing consortium includes The Carlyle Group, Stone Point Capital, Pictet & Cie and Edmond de Rothschild Group. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2013, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. www.duffandphelps.com

Consolidated Precision Products Corp., a Pomona, Calif.-based portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Turbine Technologies Group from ESCO Corp. No financial terms were disclosed. Turbine is a Chittenango, N.Y.-based company focused on superalloy precision investment casting of components used in such industries as aerospace and power generation. www.cfi-pac.com

Dave's Killer Bread has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Goode Partners. The Portland, Ore.-based baker recently expanded distribution into Southern California, Hawaii and Colorado retail chains. www.daveskillerbread.com

ONCAP has acquired Bradshaw International Inc. from Arbor Investments for an undisclosed amount. Bradshaw is a Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based maker of kitchen, cooking and home cleaning products sold under such brands as Oneida and Dawn. Moelis & Co. managed the process. www.goodcook.com

Bridge Street Capital Partners has invested $4.7 million into existing portfolio company Zorch International Inc., Chicago-based provider of brand promotion services. www.bridgestreetcapital.com

Permira
has completed its $1.6 billion, or $32 per share, take-private acquisition of Ancestry.com. Prior Ancestry.com shareholder Spectrum Equity Investors has maintained a minority position, after already achieving around a 7x return on its original investment. www.ancestry.com
Cambridge Major Laboratories Inc., a Germantown, Wis.-based provider of outsourced chemistry solutions to the global pharma and biotech markets, has secured an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from American Capitalwww.c-mlabs.com

Onex Corp. has completed its previously-announced acquisition of USI Insurance Services, a Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based insurance broker, from GS Capital Partners. The deal was valued at approximately $2.3 billion, with GSCP retaining a minority ownership position. www.usi.biz

River Associates Investments has acquired Rose City Printing & Packaging Inc., an East Vancouver, Wash.-based carton manufacturer. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which also included an equity co-investment and subordinated debt from Babson Capital Management.www.riverassociatesllc.com
