Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in TractManager, a Chattanooga, Tenn.–based provider of technology-enabled compliance and business process improvement services for healthcare organizations. Brightree LLC, an Atlanta-based provider of business management software solutions for the home medical equipment market, has acquired CareAnywhere, a Raleigh, N.C.-based provider of home health and hospice software. No financial terms were disclosed. Brightree is a portfolio company of Battery Ventures, while CareAnywhere backers included Lovett Miller & Co. www.battery.com

California Forensic Medical Group Inc., a Monterey, Calif.-based provider of healthcare services for county jail inmates, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from H.I.G. Capital.www.cfmg.com

Cerberus Capital Management has agreed to buy British pubs group Admiral Taverns from Lloyds Banking Group. No financial terms were disclosed, but Reuters puts the enterprise value at £200 million. www.admiraltaverns.co.uk

EVO Payments, a Melville, N.Y.-based payments processor and acquirer for merchants, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Madison Dearborn Partnerswww.goevo.com

Irving Place Capital has acquired Chromalox, a Pittsburgh–based maker of branded electric heating and control products, from Sentinel Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.www.chromalox.com

The Jordan Co.
 has acquired American Fast Freight, a Renton, Wash.–based provider of less-than-container load domestic ocean freight forwarding services. No financial terms were disclosed.www.americanfast.com

J.F. Lehman & Co.
 has acquired IMECO Inc., an Iron Mountain, Mich.-based provider of marine electro-mechanical solutions for U.S government and commercial customers. No financial terms were disclosed. www.jflpartners.com

Kinderhook Industries has acquired IDQ Acquisition Corp., a Garland, Texas–based provider of air conditioning maintenance and repair solutions for the North American do-it-yourself automotive aftermarket, from Castle Harlan. No financial terms were disclosed. www.idqusa.com

The Meadows, a Wickenburg, Ariz.-based provider of trauma and addiction treatment services, has acquired Remuda Ranch, a provider of inpatient, residential and outpatient eating disorder treatment programs.
