ATG Rehab, a portfolio company of the Audax Group, has merged with United Seating & Mobility, a portfolio company of LLR Partners. The combined company will focus on healthcare mobility solutions, with a new name to be announced over the next few months. No financial terms were disclosed. www.atgrehab.com

BV Investment Partners has sponsored a recapitalization of INetU, an Allentown, Penn.–based provider of managed hosting and cloud services to enterprise customers. www.inetu.net

E4 Health, a Dallas-based provider of employee assistance programs and behavioral health risk management programs, has acquired Corporate Family Network, a New York-based provider of employee assistance programs and work-life services. Endurance Resources Holdings, a Dallas-based oil exploration and production company, has launched with a $100 million growth equity commitment from Lime Rock Partners. Endurance CEO Don Ritter previously held senior engineering management positions at Mobil and GeoMechanics International, while CFO Garrett Smith previously was CFO of Pioneer Natural Resources and portfolio manager at BP Capital. www.lrpartners.com

Energy Capital Partners has agreed to acquire EnergySolutions Inc. (NYSE: ES) at an enterprise value of $1.1 billion (including assumed debt), or $3.75 per share (9% premium to Friday's closing price). Goldman Sachs managed the process. Guardian Capital Partners has sponsored a management buyout of Kwik Tek Inc., a Denver-based provider of branded products for the recreational water sport and snow market. www.guardiancp.com

ILC Dover, a Frederica, Del.–based maker of space suits for NASA and other highly-engineered fabric and film products, has acquired Grayling Industries, an Alpharetta, Ga.–based producer of industrial packaging products and environmental safety products. Ironwood Capital, Stanwich Partners and Wisdom Capital Partners have acquired Advanced Recycling Systems Inc., a Lowellville, Ohio-based maker of equipment used in the collection, recycling and removal of dust and debris generated in industrial environments. Sterling Partners has acquired Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, a Tulsa, Okla.–based aviation-maintenance school for training pilots, aviation technicians and nondestructive testing professionals. No financial terms were disclosed. www.spartan.edu

TNT Crane & Rigging Inc., a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, has acquired Southway Crane & Rigging Group of Companies, a Macon, Ga.-based provider of crane rental services in the Southeastern U.S. No financial terms were disclosed. Tradition Midstream LLC, an acquirer and developer of midstream assets across North America, has secured a $100 million equity commitment from EnCap Flatrock Midstream. The company has a particular focus on emerging shale plays in Texas. www.traditionmidstream.com

United Envirotech Ltd., a listed water treatment and recycling solution provider in China, has secured a $40 million follow-on equity investment from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. www.kkr.com

Vista Equity Partners has acquired Lanyon Inc., a Dallas-based provider of SaaS content and spend management solutions to companies in the global hospitality market. Sellers included Frontier Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. www.lanyon.com

Vistronix LLC, a Reston, Va.–based mid-tier national security company, has acquired Technology Associates International Corp., a Stafford, Va.-based provider of IT support services for the U.S. armed forces and Department of Health & Human Services. Enlightenment Capital and SunTrust Bank provided financing to support the acquisition. www.vistronix.com

Vology, an Oldsmar, Fla.-based reseller of new and pre-owned networking and telecommunications equipment, has acquired Bayshore Technologies, a Tampa, Fla.-based provider of network infrastructure solutions to businesses. No financial terms were disclosed. Vology raised $32.5 million in private equity and debt funding in 2011 from firms like LLM Capital Partners, Banyan Mezzanine Fund and Harbert Mezzanine Partners. www.vds.com

The WIRB-Copernicus Group, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Research Dataware LLC, a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of a software application supporting institutional review boards. No financial terms were disclosed. www.irbnet.com

Webster Capital has recapitalized existing portfolio company Conisus LLC, an Atlanta-based provider of science-oriented promotional marketing and education solutions to biopharma companies. No financial terms were disclosed, except that the deal included a $46.5 million unitranche credit facility from Monroe Capital. www.conisus.com

Weld North, an investment platform sponsored by KKR and led by ex-Kaplan CEO Jonathan Grayer, has acquired around a 70% stake in Organic Avenue, a New York-based juice and raw foods company known for "cleanses." No financial terms were disclosed. www.weldnorth.com

The Wicks Group has acquired and merged content marketing companies McMurry and TMG Custom Media, into a single New York-based company with annual revenue approaching $100 million. No financial terms were disclosed. The Jordan, Edmiston Group managed the sell-side process, while Wicks was advised by AMR International. www.tmgcustommedia.com
