EndoChoice, an Alpharetta, Ga.-based provider of GI endoscopy products and services, has raised $43 million in new VC funding led by Sequoia Capital. The company previously raised around $7 million in VC funding from Council Ventures and River Cities Capital Funds. EndoChoice also announced that it has merged with Israeli endoscope maker Peer Medical and acquired German endoscope maker RMS Endoskopie-Technik. www.endochoice.com

Streetline Inc., a Foster City, Calif.-based provider of real-time smart parking solutions to cities and universities, has raised $25 million in Series C funding. True Ventures led the round, and was joined by Citi, Qualcomm Ventures and return backers Sutter Hill Ventures, RockPort Capital Partners, and Fontinalis Partners. www.streetline.com

SaleArc, a Santa Clara, Calif.-based provider of database infrastructure software, has raised $12.3 million in second-round funding. Accel Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Trinity Ventures and Nexus Ventures. www.scalearc.com

Mirantis, a Mountain View, Calif.-based OpenStack systems integrator, has raised $10 million in growth capital funding from Dell Ventures, Intel Capital and WestSummit Capital. www.mirantis.com

BetterCloud, a New York-based provider of cloud management and security tools for Google App, has raised $5 million in Series A funding. Flybridge Capital Partners led the round, and was joined by Greycroft Partners, TriBeCa Venture Partners and return backers Bear Creek Capital and BLH Venture Partners. www.bettercloud.com

Kwarter, a San Francisco-based provider of social TV gaming solutions, has raised around $5 million in VC funding, according to a regulatory filing. The only listed outside director is Bernhard Gold, an investment director with T-Venture of America. www.kwarter.com
