Atomredmetzoloto (AMRZ), a Russian state-owned uranium company, has agreed to acquire the shares it does not already own in Canada's Uranium One Inc. (TSX: UUU) for C$1.3 billion. www.uranium1.com

Cloud Sherpas, an Atlanta, GA-based Google apps consultant and reseller, has acquired two companies: Innoveer Solutions, a Boston–based CRM advisory and cloud integration services firm; and Navigis, global provider of advisory and technology consulting services. No financial terms were disclosed for either transaction. Innoveer Solutions has raised VC funding from Ascent Venture Partners, Commonwealth Capital Ventures and HarbourVest Partners. Cloud Sherpas has raised more than $20 million in funding from firms like Columbia Capital, Syncarpha Capital, Vento Security Holdings and Hallett Capital. www.cloudsherpas.com

nLight Corp.
, a Vancouver, Wash.-based developer of high-power semiconductor lasers, has acquired
Arbor Photonics Inc
., an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based developer of high-power laser solutions for laser materials processing and defense applications. No financial terms were disclosed. NLight has raised over $28 million in VC funding from firms like Oak Investment Partners, Mohr Davidow Ventures, and Menlo Ventures. Arbor Photonics had been seeded by Ann Arbor SPARK, RPM Ventures, 21st Century Jobs Fund and Wolverine Venture Fund. www.nlight.net

YES Bank (BSE: 532648) is in talks to buy the India retail and commercial operations of Royal Bank of Scotland Group (LSE: RBS), according to Reuters. www.rbs.com

YouSendIt, a Campbell, Calif.-based provider of cloud-based enterprise collaboration services, has acquired Found Software Inc., a San Francisco-based app that helps users find and discover their files, documents and data across devices and cloud services. No financial terms were disclosed, except that the deal included both cash and stock. YouSendIt has raised nearly $50 million in VC funding since 2005, from firms like Alloy Ventures, Cambrian Ventures, Adams Street Partners, Emergence Capital Partners, Sigma Partners and Sevin Rosen Funds. Found Software had been backed by New Enterprise Associates and Rembrant Venture Partners. www.yousendit.com
