SevOne, a Wilmington, Del.-based provider of IT infrastructure management solutions, has raised $150 million in private equity funding. Bain Capital Ventures led the deal, and was joined by Bain Capital Partners. Pacific Crest Securities served as placement agent. www.sevone.com

Leonard Green & Partners has acquired CCC Information Services, a Chicago–based provider of software and workflow tools to the insurance automotive claims and collision repair industries, from Investcorp. The deal was valued at more than $550 million. www.cccis.com

MBK Partners has agreed to acquire an 80% stake in Japanese coffee chain Komeda Co. from Advantage Partners for approximately $450 million. www.komeda.co.jp

NRI Management Group LLC has secured a $300 million equity commitment from Apollo Global Management, to invest in mining properties around the world. Richmond, Va.-based NRI will focus on coal mining and related assets. www.agm.com

The Riverside Co. has acquired Operating Tax Systems LLC, a Stowe, Ohio-based provider of driver and vehicle compliance services. No financial terms were disclosed. Riverside will merge OTS into existing portfolio company DISA. www.riversidecompany.com

Tenex Capital Management had acquired Techniks, an Indianapolis-based maker of tooling for CNC machining centers and CNC routers. No financial terms were disclosed. Techniks will be merged with existing Tenex portfolio company NAP GLADU. www.techniksusa.com
