Ontario Teachers' Pension PlanTPG Telecom (Australia) and PCCW Ltd. (Hong Kong) are expected to be final bidders for the fiber-optics business of Leighton Holdings Ltd. (ASX: LEI), according to Reuters. The deal could be valued at around A$780 million. www.leighton.com.au

Warendorfer Küchen, a German maker of living room-style kitchens, has agreed to acquire the assets of Kornmüller GmbH & Co., an Austria–based maker of solid-wood kitchen cabinetry. No financial terms were disclosed. Warendorfer Küchen is a portfolio company of CoBe Capitalwww.warendorf.eu

Veggie Grill, a West Coast restaurant chain focused on vegetarian meals, has raised $20 million in new growth equity funding. Investors included Brentwood Advisorswww.veggiegrill.com
