PagerDuty, a San Francisco-based provider of IT alerting and incident management SaaS, has raised $10.7 million in Series A funding. Andreessen Horowitz led the round, and was joined by the Webb Investment Network, Opscode founder Jesse Robbins and return backers Harrison Metal, Baseline Ventures and Ignition Partners.

DB Networks, a San Diego-based provider of database security equipment, has raised $4.5 million in Series B funding led by Khosla Ventureswww.dbnetworks.com

FlexMinder, a Seattle-based startup that aggregates and automates the reimbursement process for healthcare flexible spending accounts, has raised $1.4 million in Series AA funding from backers likeWRF Capital and Founders Co-opwww.flexminder.com

LiveSchool, a Nashville, Tenn.-based developer of a real-time behavior tracking application for schools, has raised $1.65 million in new VC funding. Backers include the Nashville Capital Network, the Tennessee Angel Fund and Solidus Company. www.liveschoolinc.com

Glow Digital Media, a UK-based provider of social advertising optimization services to Facebook advertisers, has raised $1.3 million in seed funding. Backers include Project A Ventures and Avonmore Developments. www.thisisglow.com

Floored, a New York-based developer of 3D modeling software for the commercial real estate market, has raised $1 million in seed funding. Backers include Lerer Ventures, Felicis Ventures, Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Red Swan Ventures, Two Sigma Ventures, Dave Vivero (founder of Rentjuice) and Thomas Lehrman (co-founder of Gerson Lehrman Group). www.floored.com

Wolfpack Chassis, a Kendallville, Ind.-based maker of chassis and chassis components for the RV and manufactured housing markets, has raised $755,000 in seed funding. Backers include Elevate Ventures and individual angels. www.elevateventures.com
