BG Group (LSE: BG) has agreed to sell its conventional U.S. gas-producing assets to Exco Resources (NYSE: XCO) for $132.5 million. www.bg-group.com

Batanga Media, a Coral Gables, Fla.-based digital media company, has acquired a majority stake in Bolsa de Mulher, a Brazilian online content portal for women, from Ideiasnet. Ideiasnet will become a "significant minority shareholder" in Batanga, alongside existing backers H.I.G. Capital, Tudor Ventures and HarbourVest Partners. www.batanganetwork.com

Opera Software has acquired Skyfire Labs, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of mobile video optimization and cloud solutions. The deal is valued at up to $155 million, including a $50 million up-front payment (including Skyfire cash on hand), plus $26 million in cash held in escrow and future earn-outs. Skyfire has raised around $40 million in VC funding from Matrix Partners, Trinity Ventures, Verizon Investments and Lightspeed Venture Partners. www.skyfirelabs.com

NetApp Inc. (Nasdaq: NTAP) has acquired IonGrid, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of solutions for accessing enterprise file shares from mobile devices. No financial terms were disclosed. www.netapp.com
