Investcorp has acquired Hydrasun, a Scottish provider of fluid control equipment and solutions for the global offshore oil and gas sector, from Equistone Partners Europe. No financial terms were disclosed. http://www.hydrasun.com

ATR Group, a UK-based provider of equipment services for the offshore oil and gas industry maintenance sector, has acquired the Aberdeen and Norway operations of Cosalt Offshore. No financial terms were disclosed. ATR Group is a portfolio company of NBGI Private Equity. http://www.atrgroup.co.uk

Mobilitie LLC, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based provider of wireless infrastructure in the United States, has raised $100 million in equity funding from Shamrock Capital Advisors. http://www.mobilitie.com

Rockwood Holdings (NYSE: ROC) has received private equity interest for CeramTec, a maker of ceramic parts for replacement knees and hips, according to Bloomberg. A deal could be worth upwards of $2 billion, with possible suitors include Advent International, Bain Capital, CVC Capital Partners and Permira. http://www.rockwoodspecialties.com
