BC Partners and CVC Capital Partners are planning a €3.5 billion buyout bid for French catering company Elior, according to the FT. Sellers would include Charterhouse Capital Partners, Chequers Capital and Intermediate Capital Group. www.elior.fr

Berkshire Partners is in talks to acquire SRS Acquisition Corp., a McKinney, Texas-based roofing supply company, from AEA Investors, as first disclosed in an FTC filing. www.srsicorp.com

Community Intervention Services Inc., a portfolio company of H.I.G. Growth Partners, has acquired Family Behavioral Resources Inc., a Greensburg, Penn.-based provider of community-based outpatient behavioral health services. No financial terms were disclosed. www.higgrowth.com

The Hillman Cos., a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, has completed its previously-announced acquisition of H. Paulin & Co. (TSX: PAP), a Toronto-based maker of fasteners and other building hardware products, for an enterprise value of approximately C$103 million. www.hillmangroup.com

Hycor Biomedical, a Garden Grove, Calif.-based portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners, has sold its urinalysis business to an investor consortium that includes One Rock Capital Partners, Laurel Crown Partners and StoneCreek Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. www.hycorbiomedical.com

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. is the only private equity firm still considering a buyout offer for Gardner Denver (NYSE: GDI), a Wayne, Penn.-based maker of industrial machinery, according to the WSJ. Final bids are due tomorrow for the company, which has a market cap of approximately $3.4 billion. Earlier suitors had included CCMP Capital, Onex Corp. and TPG Capital. www.gardnerdenver.com

Medical Solutions LLC, an Omaha, Neb.-based portfolio company of McCarthy Capital and Tenex Capital Management, has acquired OA Nurse Travel, a Cincinnati-based provider of traveling nurses, from On Assignment (Nasdaq: ASGN). No financial terms were disclosed. www.medicalsolutions.com

Optimal Blue
, a product, pricing and secondary marketing automation platform, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Serent Capital. www.optimalblue.com
