Tujia, a Chinese vacation home rental platform, said that it has raised a total of $63.7 million in Series A (2012) and Series B (2013) funding. Backers include GGV Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, CDH Ventures, Qiming Venture Partners, Ctrip and HomeAway. www.tujia.com

Gynesonics Inc.
, a Redwood City, Calif.-based developer of minimally-invasive solutions for symptomatic uterine fibroids, has raised $21 million in Series D funding. HBM Partners of Switzerland led the round, and was joined by Correlation Ventures and return backers Abingworth, Advanced Technology Ventures (ATV) and InterWest Partners. www.gynesonics.com

TVU Networks
, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of mobile live broadca
st solutions, has raised a new round of VC funding. No financial details were disclosed, but an SEC filing reveals that the company has secured $4 million of a $7.13 million round. SoftBank Korea Ventures led the deal, and was joined by return backers Altos Ventures and New Atlantic Ventures. www.tvunetworks.com

E4 Health Inc., an Irving, Texas-based provider of wellness and employee assistance program services, has raised $3.5 million in second-round funding. Mansa Capital Management led the round, and was joined by Kinderhook Industries. www.e4healthinc.com

Blue Apron, a make-it-yourself meal ingredient delivery service, has raised $3 million in Series A funding. Backers include First Round Capital, First Round Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners and individual angels like Dave Tisch. www.blueapron.com
