TPG Capital has agreed to acquire Assisted Living Concepts Inc. (NYSE: ALC), a Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin-based operator of 210 senior living residences in 20 states. The deal is valued at approximately $278 million, or $12 per Class A common share and $12.90 per Class B common share.www.alcco.com

Cymetrix, an Irvine, Calif.-based portfolio company of Riordan, Lewis & Haden, has acquiredCareClarity, a San Francisco–based healthcare analytics SaaS company. No financial terms were disclosed. www.cymetrix.com

Genesys, a Daly City, Calif.–based provider of customer service and contact center solutions, has acquired Angel, a provider of cloud-based self-service applications, from MicroStrategy (Nasdaq: MSTR) for $110 million in cash. Genesys shareholders include Banneker Partners, Permira and Technology Crossover Partners. www.genesyslab.com

Global Infrastructure Partners and Belgian gas infrastructure company Fluxys have jointly bid to acquire Czech gas transmission group Net4Gas from RWE AG, according to a Belgian news report. The deal could be worth between €1.5 billion and €2 billion, with other bidders expected. www.fluxys.net
