Windeln.de, a German ecommerce company focused on baby products, has raised €15 million in new VC funding. 360 Capital Partners and MCI Management were joined by return backers Acton Capital Partners and DN Capital. http://www.windeln.de

Codenvy, a cloud environment for coding, building, and testing apps, has raised $9 million in first-round funding. Toba Capital and Auriga Partners co-led the round, and were joined by individual angels.www.codenvy.com

Brickell Biotech Inc., a Miami, Fla.–based developer of drug therapies for the treatment of skin diseases, has raised $7 million in Series B funding. AmorePacific Ventures led the round, and was joined by Palisade Capital Management. www.brickellbio.com

TinderBox, an Indianapolis-based cloud platform for sales efficiency and brand consistency, has raised $1.3 million in Series B funding from groups like FundersClub.
