CoBe Capital has agreed to acquire the furniture/cabinetry division of listed Slovenian home equipment company Gorenje. No financial terms were disclosed. www.gorenje.com

Finalsite, an East Hartford, Conn.–based online learning and communications platform for the education industry, has acquired Silverpoint, a website design and software company for independent schools. No financial terms were disclosed. FInalsite is a portfolio company of Spectrum Equity Investors.www.silverpoint.net

Seacoast Capital has recapitalized Northwest Cascade Inc. (a.k.a. Honey Bucket), a Puyallup, Wash.0-based portable sanitation services provider.  No financial terms were disclosed. Greene Holcomb Fisher advised Northwest Cascade on the deal. www.nwcascade.com

Stone Point Capital has acquired GWC Warranty Corp., a Wilkes-Barre, Penn.-based provider of vehicle service contracts and related products, from CIVC Partners. No financial terms were disclosed .www.gwcwarranty.com

SunTx Capital Partners has sold Huron Inc., a Lexington, Mich.-based maker of tubular assemblies and precision machined products for the automotive industry, to Trive Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. www.huroninc.com

Verdesian Life Sciences LLC, a portfolio company of Paine & Partners, has acquired Northwest Agricultural Products LLC, a Pasco, Wash.–based provider of eco-friendly agricultural products. www.nap-chem.com

Intralign Health, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based provider of cost reduction and quality improvement solutions for major joint replacement, has raised an undisclosed amount of equity funding from Nashville, Tenn.-based healthcare investment firm Heritage Groupwww.intralign.com

L Capital, the private equity arm of LVMH, has shortlisted four bidders for French fashion brands Sandroand Maje, according to the FT. The bids could top €600 million (10x EBITDA), with suitors to include Asian conglomerate Swire and private equity firms The Carlyle GroupEurazeo and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. www.lvmh.com

Knowland Group, a Salisbury, Md.-based provider of data and software for the hospitality industry, has raised an undisclosed amount of new private equity funding from Serent Capital.www.knowlandgroup.com

Rhone Capital is expecting final bids this week for Utex Industries, a Houston-based provider of custom engineered sealing products and solutions, according to Reuters. The offers could be worth between $700 million and $800 million, with Ares Management, First Reserve and Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts each are expecting to submit offers, which could be worth between $700 million and $800 million.www.utexind.com
