Aparc Systems Ltd., a Vancouver-based provider of parking management and systems integration solutions, has raised an undisclosed amount of growth equity funding from Kayne Partners.www.arparcsystems.com

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and RED Legacy have jointly acquired Legends Outlets Kansas City, a Kansas City-based shopping development with nearly 100 designer and brand name stores, restaurants and entertainment venues. The purchase was done via a receivership auction. www.kkr.com

Falfurrias Capital Partners has formed North American T&D Group, an acquisition platform focused on domestic companies that support mission-critical elements of the electric utility grid. No financial terms were disclosed. Its first investment is in Instrument Transformer Equipment Corp., a Charlotte-based OEM of instrument transformer products.
