Wealthfront, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based investment management platform, has raised 20 million in new VC funding. Index Ventures led the round, and was joined by The Social+Capital Partnership, Greylock Partners and return backer DAG Ventures. www.wealthfront.com

Indochino
, a Vancouver-based custom online menswear company, has raised $13 million in Series B funding. Highland Consumer Fund led the round, and was joined by return backers Madrona Venture Group, Acton Capital Partners and chairman Jeff Mallett. www.indochino.com

Dachis Group
, an Austin, Texas-based provider of social marketing solutions, has raised $7.5 million in Series C funding led by Austin Ventures. www.dachisgroup.com

Vidyard
, a Toronto-based video marketing platform for businesses, has raised US$6 million in Series A funding. OMERS Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers iNovia Capital and SoftTech VC. www.vidyard.com

Luxa
, a Japanese daily deals company focused on higher-end coupons, has raised $5.3 million in Series B funding from JAFCO. www.luxa.jp

EverTrue, a Boston-based education fundraising platform, has raised $5.25 million in Series A funding. Bain Capital Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Boston Seed Capital, TechStars CEO David Cohen, Bonobos CEO Andy Dunn and Trunk Club CEO Brian Spaly. www.evertrue.com

World CNG, a Kent, Wash.-based provider of natural gas vehicle conversion solutions, has raised $5 million from Union Bay Capital. www.worldcng.com

CryoTherapeutics GmbH
, a German developer of a cryotherapy system for use in the treatment of coronary artery disease, has raised new Series A funding from Peppermint VenturePartners. This brings the round total to €3 million, including a first close last summer from NRW.BANK, High-Tech Gründerfonds and individual angels. www.cryotherapeutics.com

Red e App
, a Louisville-based private mobile messaging platform for distributed workforces, has raised $750,000 in Series A funding led by Yearling Fund. www.redeapp.com

Import.io
, a UK-based big data platform for the cloud, has raised £600,000 in seed funding from Wellington Partners, Louis Monier and Emmanuel Javal. www.import.io
