Astorg Partners has retained Goldman Sachs to find a buyer for French funeral services companyOGF, according to Reuters. No word yet on an asking price. Astorg paid around €300 million to acquire OGF in 2007. www.astorg-partners.com

Aurora Capital Group has retained Goldman Sachs to find a buyer for Mitchell International, a San Diego–based provider of car and property claims software, according to Reuters. The deal is expected to be worth more than $1 billion. www.mitchell.com

Panasonic Corp. (Tokyo: 6752) has retained BoA Merrill Lynch to sell a stake in the company's healthcare unit for upwards of $1 billion, according to Reuters. www.panasonic.com
