Auris Medical, a Swiss developer of therapeutics for the treatment of inner ear disorders, has raised approximately $50.6 million in Series C funding from Sofinnova Ventures and Sofinnova Partners.www.aurismedical.com

Instart Logic, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of cloud-based service for web publishers, has raised $17 million in Series B funding. Backers include Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Sutter Hill Ventures and Tenaya Capital. The company previously raised $9 million. www.instartlogic.com

The RealReal
, a San Francisco-based luxury resale website, has raised $14 million in Series B funding. InterWest Partners led the round, and was joined by Novel TMT Ventures, Panarea Capital, Suzy Welch, Sukhinder Singh Cassidy and return backers Canaan Partners, e.ventures and Greycroft Partners. www.therealreal.com

Iora Health, a Cambridge, Mass.-based primary care startup, has raised $14 million in Series B funding. Zappos founder Tony Hsieh was joined by return backers Fidelity Biosciences, Polaris Partners and .406 Ventures. www.iorahealth.com

Reduxio Systems, an Israeli storage startup focused on hybrid arrays, has raised $9 million in Series A funding from Jerusalem Venture Partners and Carmel Ventureswww.reduxio.com

Bitbar, a Finnish provider of a cloud-based mobile app testing platform, has raised $3 million in VC funding. Backers include Creathor Venture, DFJ Esprit, Finnvera Venture Capital and Qualcomm Ventures. www.bitbar.com

, a San Francisco-based developer of natural language processing software, has raised $1.4 million in seed funding from Khosla Ventureswww.idibon.com
