Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners are the two remaining bidders for Carestream Health Inc., a Rochester, N.Y.–based provider of medical imaging systems, according to Reuters. Onex Partners is selling the company for upwards of $3.5 billion. Earlier suitors reportedly included The Carlyle Group, KKR and Hellman & Friedman. www.carestreamhealth.com

Channel Energy LLC, a Denver-based upstream energy company, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from TPH Partnerswww.channelenergyllc.com

Distribution International Inc.
, a Houston-based thermal and acoustical insulation company, has acquired Midwest Sales Inc., a Saginaw, Mich.-based distributor of industrial and commercial insulation. No financial terms were disclosed. Distribution International sponsors include Audax GroupCapStreet Group and Supply Chain Equity Partnerswww.distributionintl.com

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan
 has completed its previously-announced acquisition of NYSE-listedSeaCube Container Leasing Ltd., a Park Ridge, N.J.-based container leasing company. The deal was valued at for approximately $469.5 million, or $23 per share.  www.seacubecontainers.com
