American Industrial Partners has agreed to acquire Flow International Corp. (Nasdaq: FLOW), a Kent, Wash.–based maker of industrial waterjet machines for cutting and cleaning applications. The deal is valued at just over $200 million, or $4.05 per share in cash (8.58% premium over yesterday's closing price). www.flowcorp.com

, a Lexington, Ky.–based distributor of uniforms and equipment to the public safety market, has
acquired Cincinnati-based Roy Tailors Uniform Co. Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Galls is a portfolio company of CI Capital Partnerswww.galls.com

Parallax Capital Partners
 and StepStone Group have acquired a majority stake in IdenTrust Inc., a San Francisco-based provider of trust and identity solutions. No financial terms were disclosed.www.identrust.com

TVV Capital has acquired Pitonyak Machinery Corp., a Carlisle, Ark.-based maker of agricultural implements like grain carts, seedbed preparation equipment and land levelers. No financial terms were disclosed. Pitonyak Machinery will be merged with existing TVV portfolio company Bingham Brotherswww.tvvcapital.com
